Q3. Do gymnasts compete internationally?
YES! Our competitive teams have been making great achivements in international competitions!! Please click here for the reports of international competitions.

(January 31st, 2011) ¡úGleaner...Gymnastics trio set sights on Olympics (January 29th, 2011) ¡úGleaner...Golden gymnasts - Jamaicans strike gold at top US event (January 27th, 2011) ¡úObserver...J'can gymnasts cop International team trophy (January 26th, 2011)
Of course, gymnasts are required to train hard to compete in the international competitions. For example, Lv 1-3 gymnasts need to train 2-3hours, 2-3days weekly to do well in their level. Lv4-6 gymnasts need to train 2-4 hours, 3-4days weekly. When gymnasts reach level 6 and up, they basically need to train 3-4 hours almost every day to do well in their level or to move up the level.
It is certain that gymnasts will get a great experience and unforgettable memories by competing internationally! This is one of our main achievements in the competitive gymnastics program. However, It is not so easy for gymansts to reach this level. Gymnasts might take couple years to be able to compete abroad. Please make a lot of effort to achieve it!
Q4. Is there any possibility of getting injuries?
There are possibilities to get injured at any level and any kind of sports. However, the more difficult skills gymnasts do, there are more possibilities to get injured. I strongly recommend competitive gymnasts to have sports insurance. Most gymnasts have joint pain when they start competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts will do injury prevention program in the class to avoid it. The joint supporter is also useful to decrease pain.
