HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT NGFC!!
Birthday parties are held on All Day Sundays. It is a unique 2 hours experience for all of the children involved! NGFC coaches will provide games, obstacle courses, relay courses and trampoline etc for your child, family and friends. We can also provide short gymnastics/dance demonstrations if you wish. Let¡Çs plan the party together and make a structured birthday party! Please contact Mr. Nishida for details.
We
provide; One gift for birthday child, 15 chairs, 2-3 tables (big box), gymnastics games, demonstrations etc
We ask you to provide; The Cake, Drinks, Decorations, Banquet Table Covers for 2 - 3 tables, Party ware (napkins, plates, cups etc), Party music, Party Favors (optional)
PARTY REGULATIONS 1. Fee must be paid at the beginning of party. Please make the check payable to Nishida¡Çs Gymnastics & Fitness Center. 2. Parents are allowed to use the equipment only with instructor's supervision. 3. Shoes, eating and drinking are not allowed in the training area.

Demonstration at National Track and Field Championships (April, 2009) Demonstration at National Cheerleading Championships (July, 2010)
We provide gymnastics demonstrations for your organizations, schools, company's special events such as sports day, fun day, parties, fundraising event etc!
We have been performing 4-5 times yearly on all kinds of sports event, cheerleading competitions, private company¡Çs events, wellness events etc.
We just need transportation to carry our equipment and performers for the demonstration. We will charge some fee if demonstration is big and needs special training for it, like the one we did at the National Track and Field Competition in April, 2009 at national stadium. Please contact Mr. Nishida for details.
