& STUNTS PROGRAM

This program is
specifically for athletes involved in cheerleading & dancers. It
is a great addition for cheerleaders who would like to improve their tumbling
skills. In these
classes students will learn basic tumbling skills (rolling, cartwheels,
handstands etc) both on the carpet floor (spring system) and large trampoline,
conditioning exercise which developes strength and flexibility.
Students will be taught advanced skills like back hand springs, back somersault,
front somersault if students are very skilled. We also provide this program
for other purposes such as dance etc.
